We know, especially through caring for children, that all things change and grow. The same holds true for AEYC. Established in 1982, we've served the Southeast Alaska as the regional childcare resources and referral hub through developing and offering a variety of programs. We've grown and changed over the past 43 years, and we're ready for something new! Please join us in celebrating our new name: the Southeast Childhood Collective.
A New Name, the Same Mission
Our transition to Southeast Childhood Collective reflects our ongoing commitment to children, families, and educators while emphasizing collaboration and community impact. We continue to provide families with tools, resources, and guidance to nurture their children’s development and strengthen bonds.
These collaborations enable us to support parents as the child's first and most important teacher, enrich the quality of care and education in early learning programs, and mobilize community support to ensure all children have the resources they need to grow and thrive.
Soon, we'll have a new website, www.childhoodcollective.org.
