Juneau Partnerships for Families & Children Did you know that Juneau has it's own Early Childhood Coalition? Juneau Partnerships for Families & Children (PFC), is a group of 16Juneau based non-profit and state agencies who work together to promote a web of support for young children and their families. Their collaborative efforts have been successful in initiating many parent and community resources including the Family Pages Booklet, the Beyond Baby Blues Support Group, the Early Learning Fair, and the Juneau Parent Bulletin.
